Thumbs Up International is dedicated to empowering individuals of all abilities. We focus on inclusion, teamwork, and athleticism to create a supportive community for everyone.

This is a story of the power of the human spirit as Caryn Lubetsky and Kerry Gruson, the world’s most experienced female able/disabled triathlon team, conquer the Miamiman HalfIronman (70.3 miles) and Florida Xtreme Triathlon (312.6 miles) in an attempt to set a Guinness World Record. Their goal? To prove that in an era ruled by divisiveness, together we can make anything possible
